We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 months of experience in a similar professional role, preferably in home care or aged care. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Supporting clients with mobility and therapy goals
- Providing social and emotional support to clients
