Job Title: Dedicated Care Professionals

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate individuals to join our care team at Vincent Court. As a dedicated care professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team and coordinate care in an allocated section of home
  • Ensure care plan compliance throughout the shift and advise on care staff allocation
  • Recognize and escalate deteriorating residents and provide safe, high-quality care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Promote a positive resident experience through a resident-first approach and provide ADL care to residents

Requirements:

  • Registration with the AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
  • One year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a residential aged care setting (new entrants considered)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to maintain documentation as per organisational standards
  • NDIS Worker Checks or willingness to obtain and passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care
