Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the global market by strategically acquiring new clients and building trust-based relationships with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and drive new business opportunities with new organizations across your territory.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert viable prospects into active clients through full sales conversations and negotiations.
  • Value Proposition: Align the right combination of insight, guidance, and practical tools to bring value to partnerships.
  • Pipeline Management: Continually build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to deliver against sales metrics and ensure KPI targets are met.
  • Complex Sales Management: Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years' B2B sales experience with a proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sale process.
