Seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition, Communications & People Advisor who will drive hiring campaigns, employer brand initiatives and people strategies.

About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time permanent Talent Acquisition Communications & People Advisor to develop and execute recruitment campaigns, employer brand initiatives and support the execution of our people strategies. Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, this position will partner with the business to ensure the company's overall talent requirements are fulfilled.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for salaried roles, aligning talent strategies with workforce needs.
  • Deliver inclusive hiring and onboarding experiences, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, select, and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee transitions, offer processes, and onboarding documentation.
  • Support internal communication activities
  • Maintain accurate HR data and support compliance, audits, and HR operations.

About You:

  • Minimum 2+ years Talent Acquisition experience
  • Prior experience in an internal communications role will be highly regarded
  • Experience with diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives in the workplace
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Commerce or related field
  • Experience in the Coal Mining sector essential
  • Experience working with SAP – Success Factors (Recruitment Module)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
