We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Talent Sourcing Lead to spearhead our national blue-collar talent acquisition strategy.
About the Role- Oversee a passionate and capable TA team that supports national and regional project needs across multiple disciplines.
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition initiatives with a strong focus on efficiency, compliance, and business outcomes.
- Proactively engage with senior stakeholders across the business to align talent acquisition strategies with operational goals.
- Foster a high-performing team culture underpinned by agility, growth mindset, and shared success.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end blue-collar talent acquisition in a heavy industrial, mining or contracting environment.
