This is a temporary position for approximately 12 months to support workforce planning and talent acquisition.
You will be the driving force behind our talent strategy, working closely with business leaders to understand their hiring needs.
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll take a proactive approach to sourcing high-quality talent and building strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee key recruitment activities, including sourcing strategy, candidate screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Partner with stakeholders to address hiring challenges and future workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain forward-looking talent pipelines to support strategic workforce planning.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve effective hiring decision making.
- Maintain accurate records and optimize the use of our ATS (PageUp).
- You have previous in-house talent acquisition experience in a similar business partnering role.
- You have demonstrated experience in market mapping for critical roles and building talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You have a track record of developing creative sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find talent.
- You possess a customer-focused mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work flexibly in a team environment.
