We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition and Communications Professional to join our team.

Job Description

This is a full-time permanent position that will play a crucial role in driving hiring campaigns, employer brand initiatives, and people strategies. The successful candidate will have experience in talent acquisition and internal communications, as well as a tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for salaried roles, aligning talent strategies with workforce needs.
  • Deliver inclusive hiring and onboarding experiences, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, select, and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee transitions, offer processes, and onboarding documentation.
  • Support internal communication activities.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and support compliance, audits, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives, as well as experience working with SAP – Success Factors (Recruitment Module). They will also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Prior experience in an internal communications role highly regarded.
  • Experience with diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Coal Mining sector essential.
  • Experience working with SAP – Success Factors (Recruitment Module).
