Job Summary

We are seeking a professional with expertise in Wholesale Banking AML Advisory to provide critical guidance to our first line of defense across various business lines.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional understanding of complex FCC (Financial Crime Compliance) issues and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will be responsible for driving the effective implementation and oversight of AML/CTF policies and procedures, advising teams on AML/KYC requirements and best practices, and identifying control gaps across business lines.

  • Implement and oversee AML/CTF policies and procedures.
  • Advise teams on AML/KYC requirements and best practices.
  • Identify and close control gaps across business lines.
  • Support risk assessments and customer exit strategies.
  • Evaluate and escalate issues through appropriate risk channels.
  • Resolve AML/KYC-related referrals and complaints within SLA.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

8+ years' experience in AML within a global financial services environment.

Exceptional understanding of complex FCC (Financial Crime Compliance) issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Excel.
