Job Opportunity

This key role is a crucial addition to our Operations team and will involve creating the firm's AML/CTF framework.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on the firm's AML/CTF progress.
  • Oversee the day-to-day AML/CTF program.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal policies, procedures, and systems for AML/CTF compliance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for AUSTRAC.
  • Manage overall responsibility for the operation of the AML/CTF program.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AML/CTF compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of AML/CTF legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and report writing abilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
  • A commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
