We are seeking a highly skilled AML Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our organisation remains compliant with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to lead and support our AML compliance efforts. As an AML Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting the development of our AML compliance framework;
- Conducting risk assessments and evaluating suspicious transactions;
- Developing and implementing effective AML policies and procedures;
- Providing training and guidance to internal stakeholders on AML compliance matters;
- Staying up-to-date with legislative changes and industry developments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- In-depth knowledge of AML laws and regulatory frameworks;
- Hands-on experience in AML compliance within a similar environment;
- Proven ability to implement and manage AML policies and procedures;
- Familiarity with Risk & Compliance systems;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
