Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Anti-Money Laundering (AML) specialist to oversee our organization's comprehensive AML function. This position will entail supervising AML compliance across all licensed entities, ensuring adherence to international regulatory standards.

About the Role
  • Lead the group-wide AML compliance program, including policies, procedures, and controls across all brands and jurisdictions.
  • Ensure compliance with AUSTRAC requirements and other jurisdictional obligations.
  • Manage AML risk assessments, transaction monitoring, and reporting, including Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs).
  • Act as the key point of contact with regulators on AML matters.

This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of AML/CTF regulations and expertise in implementing effective compliance programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in AML compliance and knowledge of AUSTRAC regulatory requirements.
  • A robust understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
  • Familiarity with sanctions screening and transaction monitoring frameworks.
