Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring their independence and quality of life are maximized.
  • To provide exceptional care and support services to clients, promoting their overall well-being and dignity.
  • To work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document client progress and updates.
  • Experience working in the disability sector, although not essential. A current NDIS Worker screening check and CPR certification required.
  • A valid open driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation.
