About This Role

A visionary leader is sought to reignite an industry icon and propel it to market leadership. With your leadership and vision, you will build a foundation for sustainable national growth, combining proven heritage with modern innovation.

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead national expansion in a respected franchise industry pioneer. As a forward-facing executive, you will understand the importance of relationships in a franchise/multi-site environment.

  • Drive National Expansion – lead through bringing life to the vision, drive growth through the existing network and target franchise development
  • Operational Excellence – create the rhythm and the cadence by overseeing the standardisation of processes and service protocols to ensure consistency
  • Leadership Development – empower the people and build a high-performing team that mentor and grow franchisees

Key responsibilities include overseeing brand, product & market leadership; supply chain excellence; digital transformation; all aimed at enhancing the market position through strategic marketing and exceptional service that fosters loyalty.

About You

You have a proven track record of growth across dispersed locations, with demonstrated experience in the franchise sector, retail operations, or multi-location service businesses within consumer-facing industries.

You will also have the commercial acumen to drive outcomes through budgets and targets, however it will be your ability to engage and lead people, build teams and create achievement through others that causes you to stand out from the usual range of applicants.
