Key Role in National Franchise Network">">
This position plays a pivotal role in leading the national franchise network towards success.
The strategic leader will drive systems, processes, and high performance across a dispersed network, implementing cutting-edge solutions to help franchisees scale, grow revenue, and increase profit.
Key Responsibilities">- Develop and coach Franchise Area Managers to become high-performing leaders who can support franchisees and drive regional results
- Implement systems and processes that create repeatability and deliver measurable benefits to franchise owners, staff, and customers
- Develop training programs covering commercial acumen, customer service excellence, and related capabilities
- Drive system optimization to enhance franchisee skills and enable revenue/profit growth
- Lead compliance and operational excellence initiatives to ensure brand consistency across locations
- Collaborate cross-functionally on supply chain optimization and product innovation

- Proven ability in financial management, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies
- Excellent coaching and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
