Project Leader Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and experienced Project Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering projects across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring effective communication among team members.

Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Several years of experience in leading and delivering similar style of projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management and reporting.
