Project Director

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional outcomes across various sectors.

This is a key role that requires a professional with a strong track record of project delivery, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results and ensure successful project completion.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management principles, including time, cost, quality, and scope management. They will be able to identify and mitigate risks early, manage stakeholders effectively, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a confident leader who can inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best. You will also need to be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, overseeing project planning, execution, monitoring, and control. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing consultants, contractors, and authority relationships
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, inspections, and superintendency
  • Drive performance across time, cost, quality, and scope
  • Identify and resolve project risks early
  • Report to directors with full delivery accountability

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or related field
  • 5+ years' project delivery experience, including on the client-side
  • Proven experience across seniors living or residential, and commercial, projects
  • Strong contract admin and stakeholder management skills
  • Keen risk identification and management and commercial awareness
