Job Overview

A career-defining opportunity awaits in this Project Specialist role. Reporting to the Manager, Operations Enablement, you will lead the delivery of the annual superannuation member, Investment fund and tax statement process.

As a key member of the Operations team, your primary responsibility will be to drive the planning, execution, and rollout of this project from start to finish. Your success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Project manage and deliver high-quality member periodical statements;
  • Maintain a schedule for timely testing and lodgement of statements and period end processes;
  • Engage with numerous stakeholders to gather input into your plan and secure agreement on timeframes;
  • Ensure the completion of test strategy documentation, environment planning requirements, and scenario planning for statement testing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in leading the production of periodic statements or similar types of documents;
  • Background in Financial Services, preferably in superannuation or life insurance administration;
  • Expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and successful delivery;
  • Ability to organize, review, and validate large amounts of data;
  • Capacity to balance risk and make informed decisions.
