Project ExecutiveAbout the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects valued between $15M and $35M, encompassing school and university construction projects, hospitals, government institutions, age care facilities, and child care settings within the new build project environment.

You will be confident and competent enough to manage projects from inception to completion. A proven track record of delivering projects in the commercial construction industry in Melbourne is essential, with experience as a Project Manager or Senior CA for Tier 2-3 builders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver diverse projects throughout your career
  • Lead site-based teams as a Project Manager, with regular High Office visits when necessary
  • Manage projects with the support of multiple project resources
  • Mentor and train junior to intermediate Contracts Administrators, developing their skills and expertise
Requirements
  • Demonstrate successful project delivery as a Project Manager on relevant projects in Melbourne's commercial construction sector, with projects exceeding $15M in value
  • Nurture relationships with consultants, clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers within the Melbourne market
