Development Project Manager – Drive Growth, Deliver Excellence

You will be responsible for spearheading new developments and value-add projects, ensuring they align with our high standards and customer-focused approach.
With your expertise in design and construction, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and play a pivotal role in growing our operations. Leadership and mentoring will be integral as you help define team structures and develop the skills of less experienced colleagues.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage feasibility studies, budgets, cashflows, and project timelines.
- Lead the design, statutory approvals, construction, and completion phases of projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain alignment with development objectives.
- Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring support for the project vision.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture, mentoring junior team members to elevate their capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in property development, with expertise in design and construction. Residential or retirement living experience is highly valued.
- A solid background in project feasibility, cost control, and risk management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first approach.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
