Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to enhance our client management services at Pure Consultancy. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to take on increased responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax documentation for your designated clients.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client accounts and files.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Monitor workflow and work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure efficiency.
  • Deliver expert advice to clients, particularly on complex technical and commercial issues.
  • Engage in high-level discussions with clients to provide strategic tax guidance.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A CA/CPA qualification or be in the process of obtaining one.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in business services.
  • Experience in reviewing work and supervising staff is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to effectively engage with clients.
  • Prior experience in business and tax advisory roles.
