This is a dynamic position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and job market dynamics
  • Providing expert guidance and advice to clients and candidates
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team recruitment targets
  • Performance management for a team of 3 - 4 Recruiters
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels including advertising, our CRM and search platforms
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable positions
Requirements
  • 2-4 years experience in Manufacturing recruitment including blue and white collar, temporary and permanent recruitment
  • Client management experience
  • Team/Branch Management experience including workflow management and budget management
  • Ability to consistently deliver the highest customer service and relationship management level
  • A team and customer centric approach to work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment
