Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients across the lifespan in clinic and community settings
  • Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior SP with over 8 years experience, workshadowing opportunities, gradual increase of caseload & peer mentoring
Benefits:
  • Salary starting at $80,000 - $95,000 + Super

New Graduate Support:

You will spend the first few weeks workshadowing clinicians in your team while you learn the ropes, then gradually increase your caseload of clients whilst you develop your confidence. You will receive 1:1 supervision on a weekly basis with a Senior Speech Pathologist possessing 8+ years experience in the industry, whilst also having the support of your SP team to ask questions as you need.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
