Job Description

This position is responsible for coordinating all hotel events across multiple properties, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with various departments and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Liaising with the Conference & Events Sales Team daily
  • Preparation of proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, invoices, floorplans, and other relevant paperwork
  • Ensuring accuracy of banquet event orders prior to distribution to hotel departments
  • Assisting the Sales Team in preparing revenue reports
  • Coordinating site inspections and client meetings
  • Representing the hotel at industry events when required
