Job Title:

Sponsorship and Events Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sponsorship and Events Coordinator to play a key role in activating and servicing existing sponsors and partners, supporting the development of new partnership opportunities, and planning and delivering high-quality events and activations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate delivery of partnership and sponsorship benefits across programs, intellectual property (IP), and events.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with sponsors and partners.
  • Liaise with partners to confirm branding, signage, and promotional material requirements.
  • Manage sponsorship reporting and acquittals post-campaign or post-event.
Requirements:
  • Experience in events, sponsorship, partnerships, or marketing support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident written and verbal communication.
Additional Information:
  • The successful applicant will be required to satisfy police checks and have a current driver's license.
  • The nature of this role requires heavy lifting, assembling/moving equipment, being outdoors for extended periods during events.
