About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Frontline teams at SEA LIFE Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and have an unforgettable experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing world-class customer service to all guests
  • Working with our Supervisors to improve the operational process of the cafe and retail spaces
  • Supporting the café staff in other areas of the café to ensure a seamless operation
  • Ensuring daily cleaning and organizational tasks are completed fully and on time

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of confidence in interacting with guests
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • POS experience is an advantage
  • Previous experience in hospitality and upholding food & safety policies
  • Strong work ethic and the demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Availability on weekends is highly desirable
