We are seeking an experienced Claims Management professional to lead our end-to-end claims and legal operations management. As a strategic leader, you will be accountable for driving process excellence, ensuring national standards for process and services, and using data to drive operational improvements.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing critical operations in alignment with standard processes and service level agreements (SLAs). You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal panels and experts to manage commercial performance and quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing end-to-end process excellence initiatives
  • Oversight of operations to ensure adherence to standard processes and SLAs
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to achieve commercial performance and quality goals

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in managing stakeholders at the C-suite level
  • Over 7 years of experience in operations management
  • Background in insurance operations highly desirable
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic business mindset
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, business planning, and execution
