Return to Work Support Specialist

EML Group is a leading business that helps people recover from injuries and get back to their daily lives.
The goal of this role is to provide ongoing support to help people achieve a successful return-to-work journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support claims teams to help people regain control over their lives.
- Contact providers and customers via phone to clarify information and follow up on reports, payment details, and other important matters.
- Review duplicate claims, payments, and cheques to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain claim file notes by documenting actions taken in the claims system.
- Provide assistance within the team and business unit to support the achievement of team goals as requested by Team Leader or Manager.
- Effectively meet customer needs, build productive relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
- Arrange and coordinate appointments, including travel and accommodation as needed for Injured Workers.
- Manage phone enquiries, take new claim lodgements, and take messages as required.
About You:
- Strong computer skills are essential for this role.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills are necessary to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Effective verbal communication skills are required.
- Previous data entry experience is beneficial.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Melbourne/Canberra office. You will have the opportunity to work-from-home 3 days per week once you are fully trained in the role.
