About the Role

The Value & Access Manager is a key position that involves preparing and submitting high-quality content to various healthcare authorities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ANZ healthcare system and reimbursement processes.

  • Prepare and submit high-quality content to PBAC, MSAC, and PHARMAC, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Act as the market access lead on cross-functional Brand teams, delivering actionable insights to inform strategy and business planning.
  • Contribute to reimbursement feasibility assessments for new products/indications, supporting portfolio prioritisation and resource allocation.
  • Monitor the evolving reimbursement and policy landscape in Australia and New Zealand, contributing to stakeholder engagement activities that support access objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical, Science, Public Health, Health Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in Value & Access, health economics, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of the ANZ healthcare system and reimbursement processes.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify complex issues and problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to technical and non-technical audiences.
