Customer Relationship Officer

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Officer to join our team at Repair Hub in Mornington, VIC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and ensure a positive experience
- Data entry and updating booking calendars and communication software
- Booking customer taxis and vehicle collections
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Other ad-hoc customer-related or administration tasks as required
We are looking for a team player with excellent administration and computer skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to problem-solve and work with a sense of urgency. While experience in the automotive industry is not essential, it is highly regarded.
