Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Specialist to join our team. As a Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing timely and effective support to our users, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

About the Role:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, escalating as necessary to senior technical staff.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and other documentation to assist users in troubleshooting common issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
