Job Opportunity
">We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workforce Planner to join our team. This is a part-time role based across our Aged Care Centres in the Eurobodalla Region (Moruya and Dalmeny).
">As a Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for developing schedules aligned with business needs, assisting the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster employee resources, and publishing rosters while utilizing knowledge of interpreting relevant industrial instruments.
">Key responsibilities include:

- Developing schedules that meet business requirements;">
- Assisting the Workforce Coordinator in rostering employee resources;">
- Publishing rosters and processing employee status changes;">
- Managing contacts from employees and team leaders regarding planned and unplanned absences;">
- Ensuring compliance with company and industry guidelines.">
Requirements for Success
">To excel in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- Previous experience in Rostering and/or similar positions;">
- Qualifications in business, commerce, human resources, and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role;">
- High-level skills with Microsoft Office products and HR information systems;">
- Payroll Certification (desirable);">
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).">
