Workforce Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the workforce planning function, you will play a vital role in forecasting staffing needs, analyzing workforce data, and developing strategies to ensure we have the right people in the right positions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the success of our organization on a part-time basis with a minimum of 36 hours per week onsite. The ideal candidate should be available to work flexible shifts, including Tuesday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:30pm.
No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop schedules that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster employee resources.
- Publish rosters, process employee status changes, and employment transactions while applying knowledge of relevant industrial instruments to deliver a professional service to staff.
