Senior Development Planning Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will oversee a wide range of development applications (DAs) and strategic planning referrals.
You will be responsible for providing advice to comply with legislative, policy and procedural requirements as delegated to the relevant authorities.
The role involves exploring a variety of tasks including development and planning assessments, providing guidance to stakeholders on compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide sound advice.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
