About the Role

As an Executive Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a network of hiring managers and talent. Your focus will be on supporting your network as a true recruitment business partner, helping them to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Identify and attract top talent to meet the needs of our clients
  • Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Talent Relationship Management: Foster a network of talent and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in agency recruitment
  • Strong proactive sales experience
  • Experience in managing client relationships and delivering results
  • Strong evidence of billing capability
  • Collaborative nature and a willingness to grow and thrive
