Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Risk and Compliance team as a Regulatory Breach Reporting and Compliance Manager. This 12-month fixed term contract offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of robust compliance frameworks and risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Incident and Breach Management frameworks, policies, tools, systems and processes required for the organization to effectively manage compliance risks.
- Undertake compliance assessments of compliance incidents to support the regulatory breach assessment processes.
- Present compliance assessments to relevant stakeholders and forums as required.
- Assist in the provision of compliance advice, insights, themes, trends to key stakeholders including boards, committees and other forums in relation to incidents and breaches.
- Review and monitor compliance with relevant policies.
- Provide sound pragmatic advice, guidance and support to business leaders on risk and compliance matters.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management or a related field. Relevant post graduate and/or professional qualification is desirable.
Skills and Qualifications:- A strong understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks, and the relevant industry codes which impact service offerings and solutions.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Ability to understand business issues and adopt a pragmatic risk based approach.
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage, build rapport and present to management.
