**Regulatory Affairs Specialist Role**

The position of Regulatory Affairs Specialist is a key component in our organization's commitment to integrity and accountability. As part of our General Counsel & CoSec group, this role plays a vital part in ensuring robust governance, compliance, and legal management.

This specialist will manage national community housing regulatory submissions and support the organization's compliance with contractual and legislative obligations. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of community housing regulations and demonstrated experience managing compliance and regulatory submissions.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, managing, and submitting timely community housing regulation submissions. They will also monitor and interpret changes to regulatory frameworks and partner across departments to implement regulatory strategies.

Key skills and qualifications include knowledge of community housing regulations, experience managing compliance and regulatory submissions, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and proven ability to lead compliance projects.

Skills and Experiences:

  • Knowledge of community housing regulations (e.g. NRSCH, VIC Housing Act, WA CHRO)
  • Demonstrated experience managing compliance and regulatory submissions
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead compliance projects, develop frameworks and meet deadlines
