Board Director and Independent Advisor Opportunities

Seeking experienced Directors and Advisors to drive transformational change in our community health organization.

We deliver integrated community health, wellbeing, and support services across Melbourne's inner-south and southeastern suburbs. Our purpose is centered around delivering accessible health and wellbeing services that meet the needs of our diverse community.

Available Positions
  • 3 Board Director positions with 3-year terms
  • 2 Independent Committee Advisor roles with flexible commencement and 1-year terms
Key Requirements

Successful candidates will bring strategic acumen, a commitment to health equity, and experience leading meaningful change. Key skill areas include:

  • Finance & Commercial Acumen: CPA/CA qualification or equivalent, financial expertise, and experience driving financial sustainability
  • Digital Transformation & Technology: Strategic technology leadership, systems integration experience, and digital innovation in healthcare settings
  • Clinical Governance & Quality Safety: Healthcare quality frameworks, regulatory compliance, accreditation oversight, and patient safety expertise
  • People & Culture Leadership: Organizational development, change management, cultural integration, and workforce transformation
