Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving positive change. As our Assistant Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic staff members and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of managing the restaurant, including staff management, food safety, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.
  • Training and Development: Train and supervise staff, ensuring that all employees are properly trained in company policies and procedures.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensure that the restaurant meets all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
  • Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling and Staffing: Manage the scheduling of employees and ensure that all shifts are covered.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
  • Restaurant Environment: Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills.
