About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Nando's Australia & New Zealand. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including menu engineering and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, food safety, and customer service standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and customer service standards.
