As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include leading a team of enthusiastic staff and ensuring that our patrons receive top-notch service. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in all facets of restaurant management, including staff oversight, food safety, customer engagement, inventory control, and financial performance.
  • Train and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Guarantee compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards, along with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and procure supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee employee scheduling to ensure all shifts are adequately staffed.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Qualifications We Seek

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory capacity within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
