About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at BGIS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services, ensuring that all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, and the financial success of the contract is achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Manage the delivery of the Services Agreement, ensuring all contractual KPIs are met.
  • Financial Management: Drive the financial success of the contract, achieving the yearly profit forecast.
  • Customer Advocacy: Promote customer advocacy by delivering exceptional service.
  • Leadership and Communication: Lead and communicate with employees and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (OHS&E) Management: Ensure all OHS&E policies and procedures are maintained by all stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in facilities, property, project, and financial management.
  • Strong Background: Strong background in large-scale maintenance management.
  • Collaborative Contracting: Experience with collaborative contracting and relationship building.
  • Legislative Requirements: Extensive knowledge of legislative requirements for maintenance.
  • Subcontractor Procurement: Expertise in subcontractor procurement and management.
  • Environmental, Energy, and OH&S Management: Experience in environmental, energy, and OH&S management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMMS, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Qualifications: Qualification or experience in facilities management.
