Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Expert
Lead the development of a diverse and inclusive culture at the University of Tasmania, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
Job Description:- Develop and implement strategies aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the University community.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address systemic barriers that may hinder diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate staff and students on diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on diversity and inclusion-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field such as diversity and inclusion, education, or organizational development.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
