Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and employers.
- Knowledge of disability or DES principles is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Awareness of vulnerabilities to employment and willingness to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Commitment to obtaining necessary certifications and checks.
