In this key role you will lead the design and implementation of contemporary inclusion diversity & equity (IDE) practices aligned with the University's People Strategy and broader priorities. Working collaboratively across the University you will shape an IDE-focused culture deploying a breadth of diversity and inclusion initiatives delivering transformational and operational impact.

  • Oversee IDE-related reporting evaluating and monitoring sector performance and outcomes for the University.
  • Analyse data identify issues trends and ensure key diversity outcomes are considered in all people planning performance and development activities.
Success Profile
  • A strong track record driving culture and capability change deep knowledge of contemporary IDE principles frameworks and challenges.
