We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative strategies that foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Design and implement cutting-edge initiatives aligned with our People Strategy and broader priorities.
  • Cultivate an inclusive culture and drive a breadth of diversity and inclusion programs that yield transformational results.
  • Oversee reporting, evaluation, and monitoring of sector performance and outcomes.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be able to influence, coach, and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Strong communication, consultation, and presentation skills are essential, along with experience navigating complex or decentralized environments.

  • Apply conceptual, analytical, and critical thinking skills to generate data-informed insights and drive targeted actions.
  • Demonstrate proven ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive strategic change while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

About the Role:

This role involves leading the design and implementation of innovative IDE practices and initiatives aligned with our People Strategy and broader priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and implementation of contemporary IDE practices and initiatives aligned with the University's People Strategy and broader priorities.
  2. Shape an IDE-focused culture and deploy a breadth of diversity and inclusion initiatives that deliver transformational and operational impact.
  3. Oversight of IDE-related reporting, evaluating, and monitoring of sector performance and outcomes for the University.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, consultation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and build trust across diverse audiences.
  • Conceptual, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to generate data-informed insights and translate them into targeted actions that drive measurable improvement.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive strategic change, while managing multiple priorities and delivering against tight timeframes.
