About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Diversity and Inclusion Strategist to lead our efforts in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategies that align with our organisational goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, events, and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to embed diversity and inclusion into our business practices and policies
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our diversity and inclusion initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
