Revenue Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Leader to spearhead our Reservations Department.

  • Develop and implement effective Standard Operating Procedures to optimize bookings.
  • Manage everyday activities, plan, and assign work to ensure the right staffing numbers.
  • Maintain the Reservations Dept roster and staff development programs.
  • Prepare onboarding programs for new team members.
  • Drive performance improvement through coaching and feedback.
  • Oversee HR-related actions and disciplinary procedures.

This role will also be responsible for managing revenue systems, maintaining inventory balancing, and collaborating with EVT Revenue to optimize distribution across all channels. The successful candidate will focus on guest experience, driving benchmark levels of service as the first point of contact for all enquiries.

They will work closely with Hotel Management to ensure quality product delivery and design products to improve the customer experience. A high level of Reservations Accuracy will be maintained through collaboration with the Front Office and F&B Leaders and teams.

Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration/Hospitality Diploma.
  • Three years' experience in Reservations or Front Office management in an upscale hotel with complexity and multiple revenue streams.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
