Hotel Experience Expert

To deliver exceptional experiences for hotel guests, we require a Guest Service Agent to curate the entire guest journey from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and respond to guest queries in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Efficiently check-in and check-out guests while showcasing the hotel's welcoming atmosphere.
  • Process daily transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure rooms are prepared for arriving guests.
  • Work flexible hours across 7am - 11pm over a 7-day roster.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in guest service, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • A logical and common-sense approach to resolving concerns.
  • Empathic ability to anticipate guests' needs.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Opera PMS.
  • Manual driver's license.
  • Familiarity with Sydney and the wider NSW region.
  • 'Can-do' attitude towards duties.
