We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Field Service team in Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional service to our customers, driving business growth and revenue targets, and leading a team of field service professionals to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Service Strategies

Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional service to our customers, including the development of commercial service strategies to grow our service business.

Lead and Develop Field Service Team

Lead and develop a large team of field service professionals to successfully compete in the market, including the recruitment, training, and development of team members.

Drive Business Growth and Revenue Targets

Drive business growth and revenue targets through the implementation of service strategy and execution of tactical actions to achieve required objectives.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with diverse teams to drive technological innovation and support our customers' needs, including the development of new products and services.

Foster and Maintain Strong Relationships

Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, including the development of key account management strategies.

Implement and Adhere to Quality and Safety Standards

Implement and adhere to strict quality and safety standards to deliver world-class service, including the development and implementation of quality and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in managing field service business, including P&L.

Leadership and Team Management Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to lead and develop a large team of field service professionals.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities
