
Organisational Change Manager

DP World is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager for a 24-month max-term contract to lead change management across key business projects in Oceania. In this role, you'll assess change impacts, develop and implement strategies to support successful adoption, and create clear, targeted communications. You'll work closely with Sponsors, Project Managers, operational teams, and senior leaders to drive engagement and embed change effectively across sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead, create and manage the development and implementation of change management strategies across key projects and business transformations.
- Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
- Conduct business impact assessments, identify risks and obstacles, and work to mitigate them.
- Apply structured methodology, processes and tools to lead change management activities.
- Establish and monitor feedback mechanisms, including reporting and recommendations on key themes.
- Foster a strong understanding of change management best practices across the organisation.
- Ensure consistent and transparent communication across all levels of the organisation throughout the change process.
- Develop and implement measurement systems to track the success of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Proven change management experience with knowledge of principles, methodologies and tools (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci).
- Experience managing complex projects and large-scale organisational programs, applying core change management disciplines.
- Experience in industrial relations environments, with an understanding of associated challenges and dynamics.
- Minimum 5+ years of Change Management experience with a track record of delivering change across multiple, concurrent projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in Change Management or related field (e.g. Business, HR, Psychology, Organisational Development).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience working within industrial relations environments, including navigating unionised settings and complying with IR frameworks.
